How many bottles of wine do I receive every 2 months?
You will receive 8 bottles of wine every two months. The best thing about these 8 bottles is that you know you’ll enjoy them as you’ll have already tasted them in your Preview Pack and you will have customised your order based on your tastes.
What if I don’t like any of the wines in the Preview Pack?
If you don’t like any of the wines in the Preview Pack, then you opt-out before the allocated wine subscription customisation cut-off. Instead of sending you 8 bottles of wine, we will send you another Preview Pack for you to taste. In this instance you will be charged $45 instead of $170.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free of charge.
What if I love the wines so much that I’d like to order more than 8 bottles?
This would be music to our ears! Please get in touch with us directly if you’d like to increase your order as a one-off.
I’d like to order both red and white wine, is this possible?
At present, the only way to do this is by having two subscriptions. This would mean you’d be billed $170 every month and receive 8 x red wines one month, and 8 x white wines the next.
I only liked one of the wines in the Preview Pack, can I just order one of the wines?
Yes of course! You can customise your order however you please.
When will I be billed for my wine subscription?
After the customisation window closes (2 weeks after the delivery of the preview pack).
What is your cancellation policy?
It is not locked in, you can cancel at any time.
How long will my wine subscription take to arrive after I have placed my order?
As red wine and white wine subscriptions are dispatched on alternating months, it might be between two and six weeks until you receive your first delivery, thereafter if will be every two months.
How is the wine supplied at such a discounted rate?
Your wine feedback is data that is valuable to both us and the wine makers. This market research cost is rebated into purchases.
You say ‘Free Wine’ – what do you mean by that?
For every 8 x 750ml wine ordered, you will receive a complimentary Four Somme Preview Tasting Pack worth $45. This means you can taste the wines for the subsequent delivery and customise your order according to your preferences.
What happens if I do not customise my next delivery?
You will receive 2 x 750ml bottles of each of the four wines from the Preview Pack in your next delivery.
